With the responsibility of selecting the best players in the country of Street Basketball, CUFA Bolivia, start to promote this mode primarily in the departments of La Paz, Santa Cruz and Sucre.
Despite having some followers who practice for over 4 years the sport, the idea is to prioritize CUFA social inclusion through sport, children and young Bolivians.
As an example we could go to our sister country, CHILE, which has over 9 years in the Street Basketball a way to reveal qualities in young people in poor communities in the country. Chilean Basketball Team Street, is one of the guests, as well as Bolivia, to participate in the World Championship first version of this modality. His achievements in his country are very significant and may serve as an example to us in this journey towards the proliferation of this sport. LIIBRA (International Basketball League Rua) is in charge in conjunction with Brazil and CUFA CUFA International organization of this event, to be held in November in the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
The invitation for Bolivia to participate in this great event, comes from Celso Athayde, character recognized in the media as a visionary Brazilian and betting in the global network of CUFA as a method of integration of peoples and cultures. CUFA
